Crossroads Registration
Registration for the clinics listed below will be in a central location on the main level near the middle of our campus. The new Crossroads Registration will make registration faster and easier. Crossroads Registration is near the Crossroads Welcome Desk. Follow the Blue Path to the Crossroads Lobby, where the Green Path meets the Blue Path.
The registration process will be the same. Just the location at which you register will change. Please stop by the Crossroads Lobby for registration if you have an appointment with one of the clinics listed below. If your child has appointments for more than one clinic in the same day, you can register your child for all of those appointments at one time.

As always, we ask you to arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to give you time to park and get to the Crossroads Registration area.
If your child has more than one appointment, you can register for all appointments at Crossroads Registration whether the clinic is on the list or not.
If your child's clinic is not on the list, you can go directly to the clinic to get registered.
Please contact Central Scheduling at 614-722-6200 to let them know. Then proceed to Crossroads Registration to register your child when you arrive.

- Saturday 8 a.m. to noon
