Biography

Jeffrey E. Lutmer, MD, is a Critical Care physician at Nationwide Children's Hospital. He is an associate professor of Clinical Pediatrics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He attended medical school at the University of Toledo and completed both his residency and pediatric critical care fellowship at Nationwide Children's, joining the faculty in 2012. In addition to his clinical duties he is the associate director of the PCCM quality program and is actively involved in the multidisciplinary PICU burn team. He has served as the Medical Director of Utilization Management for Nationwide Children's Hospital since 2015. His interests lie in the application of quality improvement techniques to improve clinical resource management and healthcare value.
