Biography
Cara Holt, PT, DPT, is a pediatric inpatient therapist specializing in cardiac care. Most of her work takes place in the Cardiac Unit, where she supports children and families through complex medical journeys. Cara has experience with VADs and ECMO, providing therapeutic interventions that foster coping and resilience during critical care. Cara is also part of the WeeMove Early Mobilization team, promoting safe, developmentally supportive movement for hospitalized children across the hospital continuum.
