Andrew D. Linkugel, MD, is a member of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Nationwide Children's Hospital. He joined the faculty Nationwide Children’s Hospital following fellowship in Craniofacial Plastic Surgery at Seattle Children's Hospital. Prior to that, he received his medical degree and completed residency training in Plastic Surgery at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO.
Dr. Linkugel specializes in the full spectrum of pediatric plastic surgery, involving reconstructive operations from head to toe. As a craniofacial surgeon, he has particular expertise in caring for children with orofacial clefts, craniosynostosis, and other rare craniofacial anomalies. His research interests include the use of advanced imaging techniques for the craniofacial skeleton and morphometric analysis of clefts and other abnormalities.
