Dr. Kemper’s research focuses on a wide variety of preventive services that can be delivered in the primary care setting. Dr. Kemper is an internationally recognized expert in the evaluation of newborn screening tests. Dr. Kemper has led a variety of different types of research, including clinical trials, secondary analyses of administrative claims data, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, decision analyses, and economic assessments.
