Our Clinics
Early Developmental Clinic
- We see babies who were born early or who had challenges at birth are at risk for delays in their growth and development
- This clinic specializes in taking care of these babies, to provide them with the best possible chances of developing into healthy children
- We offer the best and newest tests to identify and diagnose problems in the early years
- We support families and babies by offering specialized services and referring immediately to other doctors, physical, occupational, speech or feeding therapies
- We provide continuing education and care to toddlers with complicated problems such as cerebral palsy and behavioral disorders until the age of 3
- We transition toddlers to needed clinics and services after 3 to prepare them for the pre-school years
BPD Follow-Up Clinic
- We see babies who have a diagnosis of moderate to severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) and need oxygen when they go home
- We partner with your pediatrician to help coordinate the care and specialized services of babies and toddlers with BPD
- We offer comprehensive care by a team that has a medical provider, a dietitian, a nurse and a social worker
- We tailor all care and medication management specifically to your child to help you support healthy growth and development
- All babies seen in our medical home will also be followed in the Early Developmental Clinic to support their development until they are 3 years old
Neonatal Complex Care
- We see babies born early or with challenges at birth. They have risks for delays in their growth and development and require complex coordination of their medical care
- We specialize in providing them with the best possible chances of developing in to healthy happy children
- We focus on growth, nutrition and coordination of care with all of your specialists
- We support families with specialized services and immediate referrals to physical, occupational, speech or feeding therapy or other doctors
- We provide continuing education and care to toddlers with complicated problems such as cerebral palsy and behavioral disorders until the age of 3 and help with the transition to the Nationwide Children’s Complex Care Program
- All babies seen in our medical home will also be followed in the Early Developmental Clinic to support their development until they are 3 years old
NAS Program
- We see babies who had certain exposures during pregnancy or after birth are at risk of having medical symptoms when they go home or developmental delays in childhood
- We will help your baby wean off medication if necessary. If your baby was not sent home on medication we will make sure that he/she is doing well off medication
- Your pediatrician will refer you to our clinic before age two if needed
- We will follow up on your baby’s growth and nutrition
- We will ensure your baby has a safe transition to the Early Developmental Clinic where he/she will be followed until the age of 3
