Bone Marrow Failure and Cytopenia Clinic

The Bone Marrow Failure and Cytopenia Clinic at Nationwide Children’s Hospital focuses on the needs of infants, children, adolescents and young adults who have inherited and/or acquired disorders of bone marrow production or heightened cellular destruction resulting in neutropenia, anemia, thrombocytopenia or combinations of these.

The clinic consists of a Cytopenia/Marrow Failure clinic, a Hemato-Immuno-Lymphoproliferative (HILP) clinic and a state of the art Infusion Center adjacent to the clinic.

The clinic is staffed by Dr. Melissa Rose as well as dedicated nurse clinicians, social workers, psychologists and licensed genetic counselors.
