Biography
Steven Smith, MD, is Medical Director of Hospice & Palliative Care at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. He received his bachelor degree from Toccoa Falls College in Toccoa, Georgia and received his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in Savannah, Georgia.
He completed his pediatric residency and fellowship in pediatric hospice and palliative medicine at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Between residency and fellowship, Dr. Smith also practiced complex care pediatrics at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
