Megan Liberty, DO, is a member of the Division of Sports Medicine at Nationwide Children's Hospital and is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Liberty is board certified in pediatrics and primary care sports medicine. She completed her undergraduate studies at Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in ballet and biology followed by her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Kansas City University. She completed her pediatrics residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine Jacksonville and primary care sports medicine fellowship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
In addition to caring for athletes from all sport backgrounds, Dr. Liberty has a particular interest in dance medicine. She has 18 years of professional ballet training and extensive performance experience. She is also a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, American College of Sports Medicine, Performing Arts Medical Association, and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
