Leann S. Racki, PT has been practicing physical therapy since 1995 in various settings, including geriatric, pediatric and home care. She has experience in inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, acute care pediatrics, school based pediatrics and home care pediatrics. She truly enjoys being able to impact the lives of her patients and their families to promote health and wellness while helping them achieve their personal and family goals.
