Biography

Kathleen Cianca is a senior Occupational Therapist with over 35 years of experience in pediatrics. She has expertise in the evaluation and treatment of children with feeding, neurodevelopmental, sensory processing, and fine motor difficulties. Kathleen is certified in Pediatric Neurodevelopmental Treatment and in administration of the Sensory Integration and Praxis Test. She has worked in a wide variety of settings, including home-based early intervention, preschools, elementary school, private practice clinic, and children's hospitals. For 15 years Kathleen was employed as a Clinic Level II therapist at Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she co-founded the Interdisciplinary Feeding Team (IFT). At Nationwide Children's Hospital she cofounded the Interdisciplinary Feeding Clinic (IFC) in 2004 and has remained an active team member.
