Biography

Sanya Thomas, MD, is a member of the Section of Infectious Diseases and Host Defense Program at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Her clinical interests include prevention and management of infections in immunocompromised children, particularly transplant recipients. Her research centers around risk factors and outcomes of viral infections in immunocompromised patients and exploring the host-pathogen interface using markers of immune function.
