Main Campus Patients: Due to construction in the area please allow extra time for travel.
If you or your child have been exposed or had a positive Covid-19 test result within the last 30 days please alert us to reschedule.
- A parent or legal guardian must accompany the patient, or bring proof of legal guardianship.
- Please bring proof of insurance. Also check with your insurance provider to see if prior authorization is needed. If you are responsible for an Office Visit co-pay, these can be paid at the time of the visit. We accept checks, credit cards and debit cards.
- Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule.
- Because we are a teaching institution, you may be seen by a medical trainee in addition to your practitioner, which could lengthen your overall visit.
- Please bring the following items with you to the appointment:
- Medications, vitamins or herbal supplements. Bring a list of refrigerated medications (with dosage).
- Have the patient wear shorts underneath their clothing (for examination purposes).
At Nationwide Children’s Hospital, the health and safety of our patients, families and staff has always been our top priority and it continues during this COVID pandemic.
