How Do I Schedule an Appointment?
A scheduled appointment is required.
- Appointment scheduling opens in January, with appointments available February through April. Scheduling closes once all appointments are full.

What Should I Bring to my Appointment?
Identification (ID)
- Picture ID for you and your spouse (Driver’s License, State ID or Passport) *
- Social Security or ITIN (card or copy of card) for you, your spouse and any dependents *
Tax Forms
- W2s
- Other income forms like 1095, 1098 or 1099
- Social Security income statements
- Pension income statements
- Health insurance forms, such as 1095-A or 1095-C
Expense Documents
- Child care provider expenses
- Tuition, student loan and school expenses
- Receipts
- Mileage logs
- “Gig” documents from places like Uber or Lyft
Other Important Items
- Routing and account numbers for direct deposit
- Last year’s tax return (if available)

What Should I Expect at My Appointment?
- You will meet individually with a certified tax specialist.
- We will prepare your taxes, review your return for accuracy and go over them with you before filing.
- We won’t file unless you give us the final okay.
- The appointment will last approximately one hour for single year returns and two hours for multiple year returns.
