Behind every well-functioning organization is a strong administrative structure. At The Research Institute, several key areas work cooperatively to share responsibility for the day-to-day operations as well as the long-range success of The Research Institute.

Research Information Services
The Research Institute maintains its own, dedicated, on-site IT support and service group.

Finance and Sponsored Projects
This department houses a centralized team of Sponsored Project Officers who are responsible for assisting researchers with the preparation, filing and on-going administration of grants and industry-sponsored research. Professionals in this area also oversee the critical financial functions of the Institute.

Student and Volunteer Resources
The Research Institute has resources available to students and research volunteers in order to ensure comprehensive orientation and to provide a stimulating and constructive environment.

Technology Commercialization

International Employee Resources
Support coordinating procedures and regulations related to international employees is available to investigators and their staff. Due to stringent rules governing international employment, faculty members are strongly encouraged to utilize these resources.

Regulatory Offices
A coordinated group of programs, including the Office for Research Compliance and Integrity and the Institutional Review Board, assures that all research is conducted according to the highest scientific and ethical standards.
