Everything Matters License Plate

We have the perfect way for you to show your support for the kids treated at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Pre-register for our official Everything Matters license plate and the proceeds will go to treat sick kids at Nationwide Children’s.

When we have pre-registered 500 fans through our petition drive, the Ohio Department of Motor Vehicles can approve our plates for production and begin selling our plates at a cost of $35 per vehicle. $25 from every license plate goes to the hospital. Kids still need chemotherapy, heart surgery, dialysis and so many other treatments. That’s why we need you. The kids need you.

We, the undersigned, wish to have the State of Ohio Legislature consider a bill to authorize the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles to produce specialty license plates designated to the Nationwide Children's Hospital.
We the undersigned do intend to support this effort by purchasing the Everything Matters Specialty License Plates from the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. We understand there will be an additional cost to the standard license plate fee and also understand a portion of the proceeds will go to the designated fund.
