We are a multi-specialty, hospital-owned group with 100+ physicians.We are currently a five-physician pediatrics practice located in Northwest Columbus. Our busy and growing practice is conveniently located in a newly constructed complex with generous clinical and private office space: Licking Memorial Health Professionals is a large multispecialty group practicing in a moderate size community hospital. We have 6 outpatient pediatricians, 3 outpatient PNP's and have had 3 inpatient pediatricians. The hospital has a new expanded emergency room and a level II nursery. There are about 1100 births/year in our hospital and our group manages the babies admitted to the special care nursery along with most of the well babies. We are restructuring our inpatient program to have 2 inpatient doctors and 2 NNPs. We will be losing 2 of our inpatient doctors and are going to replace these with 1 full time pediatrician and 2 NNP's. |

We are immediately seeking a board-certified pediatrician to join our growing practice. Flexible schedule and limited after-hours coverage. We can offer immediate employment to a board-certified or eligible pediatrician. We seek a pediatrician who is wants to work as an inpatient pediatrician. Our inpatient pediatricians split time between the emergency department (seeing pediatric patients), a special care nursery, a well baby nursery and admissions to the floor. The base salary is $150,000 with the ability to earn an additional bonus. LMH offers attractive benefits including a strong pension program and health benefits. |

| About the Position: | The Department of Laboratory Medicine at Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking a mid-career Academic Anatomic Pediatric Pathologist. The candidates must have an MD degree and be AP or AP/CP eligible or certified. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed pediatric pathology fellowship and are either certified or board eligible for pediatric pathology subspecialty boards. A strong interest or experience in tumor analysis, pediatric cancer or molecular pathology is highly desirable. Candidates must have or be eligible for an Ohio State Medical License. The successful candidate must have strong diagnostic skills and will be expected to develop a productive scholarly career. Dependent on the candidate's background and experience, there may be an opportunity for research of up to 50% release time. |
