KEYNOTE SPEAKER: 
Victor Rivas Rivers endured horrific child abuse and witnessed domestic violence on the level of torture at the hands of his father.  At 15 years of age, he took legal action against his father and proceeded to live with foster families.  Rivers became the national spokesperson for the National Network to End Domestic Violence and is a devoted husband,  father, actor, author and former NFL Miami Dolphins player (The Ohio Domestic Violence Network was instrumental in arranging for Rivers to speak at the conference).
