Nationwide Children’s Hospital Introduces New Mobile App

“myChildren’s” your guide to Nationwide Children’s

With more adults utilizing mobile technology to locate information, Nationwide Children’s Hospital has created a new, easy-to-use mobile app called “myChildren’s” to help consumers navigate and learn more about the hospital. According to a Pew Internet Survey, nearly 50 percent of American adults now have a smartphone. Individuals are using mobile devices to access data immediately through apps which has created a culture of real-time information seekers and problem solvers. 

This free app, available on iPhone and Android devices, provides access to the main campus and offsite locations, wayfinding, physician and service information and much more. Finding your way has never been easier, as this new app offers simple navigation throughout the hospital main campus as well as door-to-door directions to our more than 50 locations extending across Ohio and beyond. Plus, users will have quick access to physician, service and important information about a visit to Nationwide Children’s. The “myChildren’s” app features: 

• Location: The nearest Urgent Care Center, Emergency Room at the hospital’s main campus, Close To Home Center and more.
• Find a Doctor or Service: Search for your child’s doctor by name, program or service. View their profile, contact them or find them on the map.
• Need-to-Know Information: Get hours, service descriptions, information about what to bring and what not to bring and general main campus information.
