Please keep in mind that the cards are printed once a day, Monday through Friday at 9 a.m. and are delivered by a representative from the Patient and Family Services Department. Card delivery cannot be guaranteed for the following day. Please include the patient's FULL name and provide a forwarding mailing address in case the patient is discharged (we will mail the card to the recipient).
