A comprehensive, team-oriented approach adds strength to an interdisciplinary philosophy.

The newborn and his or her family are the focus of the interdisciplinary team’s care and support. The entire team serves the baby and family by utilizing evidence based practice and research to continuously improve care, all while creating a physical and therapeutic environment that empowers families to actively participate in the care of their child.
