Medical Staff Proposed Bylaws & Manuals
The Joint Commission significantly revised its standards for MS.01.01.01. Under the revised standards, The Joint Commission is requiring that certain provisions must appear in the Bylaws as opposed to the Manuals or the Rules and Regulations.
