Kan N. Hor, MD, pediatric cardiologist, is the director of Cardiac MRI at The Heart Center at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and an associate professor of Pediatrics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Hor received his medical degree from University of Illinois-COM, Chicago and completed his pediatric internship and residency at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Dr. Hor continued his training and completed his pediatric fellowship training at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Hor completed an additional advanced cardiac imaging fellowship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital with a focus on cardiac MRI. Dr. Hor's clinical interests include cardiac MRI, cardiac CT angiography, echocardiography (TTE and TEE) and congenital heart disease. His academic research interest includes cardiac MRI and echocardiography and its application for analysis of cardiac strain and synchrony in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, heart failure and congenital heart disease. Dr. Hor collaborates with many other researchers around the globe and is board certified in both pediatrics and pediatric cardiology.
