Dr. Rangarajan’s research interests include the treatment of graft versus host disease with photopheresis using the Novel Therakos Cellex machine in pediatric blood marrow transplant patients. She received her medical degree and bachelor of surgery in 1999 at Coimbatore Medical College in India. She then completed her residency in pediatrics at Madurai Medical College in India and became a Registrar in Pediatrics and Pediatric Specialties at the National Health Services in the United Kingdom. After a two year pediatric residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria she became Chief Resident. In 2013, Dr. Rangarajan completed her fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology/blood and marrow transplant at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
