By supporting plans for roadway infrastructure improvements, such as sidewalks and bike paths, the quality and appearance of the neighborhood will improve, as will the ease of transportation. Creating both crime prevention programs in the area and personal safety programs, such as bike helmet and car seat safety checks, will improve the safety of residents.
Green Space- The addition of six acres of new green space to the Nationwide Children’s campus area is consistent with the city’s design for redevelopment at Livingston Park.
City Connectivity- The City of Columbus has pledged a $15 million investment in roadway infrastructure improvements to Parsons and Livingston Avenues. The project will improve safety through street lighting installations as well as road and walkway widening.
