New Hire Orientation

Every employee will have an opportunity to learn about Children's health plans, safety, and training opportunities. This day and a half orientation is a great way to get to learn about the great work you'll be a part of.

Employee Deductions

Full-time employees may participate in the payroll deduction program through your ID badge - it works as a debit account. Employees may use this feature all over the hospital and for special events such as:

Events

Employees can participate in Children’s summer family events, Family Night at COSI, and Thank you luncheons for your anniversary. Enjoy free movie tickets on your birthday; enter our frequent drawings for tickets to various sporting events and Broadway series productions; and attend our annual Staff Appreciation Day event for a special treat.

Volunteer Opportunities

It is important at Children's to give back to the community. Many employees participate in health fairs around the community, United Way Community Care Day, Discovery Day Event through Children's as well as Operation Feed food drives.

Employee Referral Bonus

Opportunities are announced on a per-position basis for employees to receive a referral bonus if the candidate they recommend is hired and remains an employee for a specified amount of time.
