    Healthy LifeStyles Weight Management Class – A Joint Program of Nationwide Children's Hospital & The YMCA of Central Ohio

    This program is designed for parents whose children ages 8-12 struggle with their weight as well as their overweight child. This is not a clinical program for the obese.
    All families who attend all four classes will receive a FREE 3 month YMCA family membership.
    the first three classes are from 6:30-7:30 pm. class four is an extended class and runs from 6:30-8 pm.
