CareLink

CareLink is a web-based application available to our community providers. It offers external physicians and administrators read-only access to their Nationwide Children’s Hospital patient’s electronic medical records in real-time.

With CareLink, community providers can:

• View Patient Medical Records, Reports, and Documents via the Web
• See Appointments and Procedures Ordered
• Access Patient Information to Verify Medical Billing and Coding
• Receive Automatic Receipts of Nationwide Children’s Hospital Electronic Medical Information and Clinically Important Events
• Share Selected Patients or Entire Practice Patient Data for Easy Shift Transitions

CareLink users receive patient event alerts, allowing providers to monitor their patient throughout the referral process. You stay linked to registration, admissions, test results, discharges and more. Designed for community referring physicians, CareLink can also be used to support those involved with record review, telemedicine, billing and research.
