Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Center for Robotic Surgery has planned a two-day conference (case presentations and panel discussions) that will focus on robotic surgery program development, and common clinical applications in addition to a hands-on lab experience designed to introduce robotic surgery to practicing pediatric surgeons.
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:
- Provide a comprehensive overview of clinical case scenarios amenable to robotic technology for the pediatric population.
- Review programmatic logistics including institutional support, personnel training, credentialing and quality control.
- Review multidisciplinary team building.

This conference is designed for audiences in pediatric general and thoracic surgery, as well as pediatric urology.
