Meet Blake

Age: 3

Diagnosis: Spina Bifida

When Blake's mom discovered her son had spina bifida, she knew she was in good hands. 

Now three years old, Blake is thriving and his parents are hopeful he will be able to walk soon with assistance.

Meet Cami

Age: 3

Diagnosis: Necrotizing Enterocolitis, Prematurity, Short Bowel Syndrome

Cami was born via emergency c-section at 25 weeks and 2 days gestation weighing just 1 lb. 7 oz.

Now three years old, Cami is thriving. To look at her, you would never guess she had such a difficult start to her life.

Meet Ivy

Age: 9

Diagnosis: refractory T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)

Ivy isn’t quite ten years old yet, but she’s already dealt with a daunting illness during her young life.

Ivy was diagnosed with refractory T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).

Meet Boubacar

Age: 9

Diagnosis: Congenital Myasthenic Syndrome

Like most kids, Boubacar loves sports and playing games on his iPad.

Unlike most kids, he has a rare genetic muscle disease that weakens his ability to walk, run and play.

Meet Sawyer

Age: 7

Diagnosis: Autism Spectrum Disorder

At a little over age 2, Sawyer was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Sawyer is now 7 and his parents, Amy and Eric, focus on the progress they have seen in Sawyer in recent years. In part because of the teachers, therapists and aides he works with, in part because they have learned how to best support Sawyer.

Meet Jackson

Age: 4

Diagnosis: Autism Spectrum Disorder

Jackson is a happy four-year-old who likes playing with toys and with other kids. But it wasn’t always like that.

Jackson used to only like watching fans, fascinated by the spinning motion. He rarely wanted to play with other kids. When his parents searched for answers, he was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
