  • Centrifuge within 2 hours, separate supernatant and refrigerate
  • Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles

Comments

Label as acute or convalescent. Parallel testing is preferred and convalescent specimens must be received within 30 days from receipt of the acute specimens.
