Comments

All positive screens are sent for confirmation by Western Blot analysis at additional charge. This test is two separate enzyme-linked fluorescent immunoassays, one for IgG antibody and another for IgM antibody to Borrelia burgderferi. Patient may be drawn and sample received in lab according to the specimen stability listed, at any time. Laboratory will process and store sample until next scheduled testing date.
