Reflexive Testing: PT Mixing Studies (CPT 85611 (x4)) may be ordered by the Pathologist. A pathologist's interpretation (billed through Pediatric Pathology Associates (PPAC)) may be ordered and charged. A Pathologist's consult/interpretation may extend the expected turnaround time. Samples are batched (several tests are not performed daily). Requires three (3) full 2.7 mL sodium citrate collection tubes and one 3 mL red-top. See test code ACAB for specific collection information for the Anti-Cardiolipin Antibody assay.
