Comments

The ALPS panel is designed to help in the diagnosis of Autoimmune Lymphoproliferative Syndrome. Testing is performed Monday through Friday on dayshift.

Samples must be RECEIVED in the laboratory on Friday before 2pm.

Inpatient- Do not collect bewteen Friday 1pm and Sunday Noon. 

Outpatient- Do not collect unless you courier will deliver to Main Laboratory by 2pm. Do not collect on Saturday. Sunday the sample may be collected after noon.

Test is not setup on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays (Specimens can be collected on Sunday after 12:00 p.m.(noon) unless Monday is a national holiday). If national holiday falls in the middle of the week testing specimens must be delivered by 2pm the day before. Turnaround time is 48 hours.

An additional charge for pathology consult will be charged through PPAC (Pediatric Pathology Associates).  Please call Flow cytometry at 614-722-5482 with any questions.
