Reach Out and Read

A child’s early years lay the foundation for all that is to come.

They are the foundation that shapes children's future health, happiness, growth, development and learning achievement at school, in the family and community, and in life in general.

Delivering Best Outcomes

Reach Out and Read partners with primary care nurse practitioners and doctors to utilize age appropriate books during all well child checks from 6 months to 5 years. Reach Out and Read providers encourage families to read with one another on a daily basis.

The program is inclusive to all families, regardless of their ability to speak English or literacy abilities. Our trained physicians and clinics deliver age appropriate guidance and high quality resources without an additional visit.
