2011 BIA Parade of Homes Slated for June 11 - 26

The 2011 Parade of Homes, presented by the Building Industry Association (BIA) of central Ohio, will run Saturday, June 11 through Sunday, June 26 at Olentangy Falls in Delaware, Ohio. The BIA/Fifth Third Bank Preview Party will take place 6 – 10 p.m. Friday, June 10.

Tuckerman Homes is this year’s BIA Foundation House, with a portion of its proceeds designated to Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Members of TWIG, a women’s auxiliary group of Nationwide Children’s, will serve as hostesses at the Foundation House and other homes during the Parade.

TWIG also will sell raffle tickets during the Parade. Raffle items include Closet by Design $500 gift certificate; Home Depot Tool Package worth $250; four tickets to the August 26 performance of Jersey Boys (can be exchanged for other available dates) with dinner at Barcelona; and two tickets for the Buckeye Cruise for Cancer 2012 courtesy of Travel Partners. Raffle tickets can be purchased by visiting www.NationwideChildrens.org/TWIG. Tickets are $5 each or three for $10. The drawing will be held on Sunday, June 26 – ticket holders need not be present to win.

Tickets for Friday evening’s Preview Party are $75 per person and can be purchased at www.NationwideChildrens.org/Giving. Proceeds from ticket sales of the Preview Party also benefit Nationwide Children’s.
