Farewell from Columbus

(From the November 2014 Issue of PediatricsOnline)

Nationwide Children’s Hospital welcomed members and guests of the Child Neurology Society and the Association of Child Neurology Nurses to Columbus in October.

Along with local visitor’s bureau, Experience Columbus, Nationwide Children’s adopted the “Where the Brains Are” theme to welcome one of the world's largest groups of brain experts to one of the world's brainiest cities. Columbus has been recognized as one of the world’s “Most Intelligent Communities” by Intelligent Community Forum in 2013, 2014 and 2015.

More than 200 attendees enjoyed courtesy transportation from the airport to the Hyatt Regency aboard the Nationwide Children’s “Brain Bus,” and many also visited the Nationwide Children's exhibit for a taste of Columbus “Brain Food” — a variety of treats unique to our hometown.

The Nationwide Children’s exhibit also featured information on several key programs, as well as residency and fellowship programs. Learn more through the links below, or contact us with any questions or for more information.
