Biography

Mark J. Hogan, MD, is a Pediatric Radiology and Pediatric Interventional Radiology expert at Nationwide Children's Hospital. He initiated the Section of Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Nationwide Children's Hospital and was the section Chief from 1995-2017. He is a Clinical Professor of Pediatrics and Radiology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and also holds academic titles of Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Toledo and Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Medical University of Ohio. He is a member of the Trauma Committee and the GI Motility Team, and he has worked on the Thrombophilia Team.

Dr. Hogan was a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Society of Pediatric Interventional Radiology, is a Past-President of the society, and chaired their Membership and Multi-Institutional Studies committees. He is a Fellow of the Society of Interventional Radiology and was Chairman of their Pediatric Standards committee. He is a reviewer for several journals. His clinical and research interests are centered in Pediatric Interventional Radiology.
