Biography
Jillane Downs, NNP has worked in the C4 NICU since 2012. She is an active member of NANNP and ANN, and chairs the BRIDGE (staff and family support) committee in the NICU. Jillane is a certified bereavement counselor with Resolve Through Sharing, and has a keen interest in Palliative Care in the Neonatal population.
