Everyone is different…especially kids. Every youth and adolescent develops at a different rate and is predisposed to different injuries. That's why Nationwide Children's Sports Medicine offers injury prevention and personal training.

Injury Prevention

The Nationwide Children's Sports Medicine Personal Best Injury Prevention Programs are designed to keep young athletes healthy and playing the sports they love. These comprehensive programs are tailored to your athlete's age, sport and developmental level. All Personal Best programs focus on the keys to injury prevention for all athletes: flexibility, strength, balance, agility, core stability, coordination and body control through functional movements.

Personal Training

Nationwide Children's Sports Medicine Personal Training allows youth and adolescents to receive all the benefits of our group injury prevention programs and the additional benefits of having a program tailored to their individual needs, developmental stage, and learning style.

Our personal training team is composed of dually credentialed Certified Athletic Trainers and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists. What does this mean? This means our staff consists of experts in the areas of exercise, fitness, and the prevention and recognition of physical activity and sports-related injuries of youth and adolescents.
