Your Challenge: Smile! 

Smile at anyone you know today - or someone you don’t. A simple smile can be contagious. It will make you feel better -- and go a long way with your friends, colleagues and family. Research shows that if you smile at someone and they smile back, there is an increase in your “feel-good” endorphins.

Bonus: smiling can also lower your heart rate and blood pressure.
