URM Pediatric Visiting Student Elective Scholarship Program
Our Underrepresented Minorities (URM) Pediatric Visiting Student Elective Scholarship Program is designed to financially support an away rotation and guarantee a residency interview for those accepted into the program. During the elective, students get world-class education on clinical rotations and also get to experience our amazing culture and supportive work environment. We started the URM program because we believe that a diverse physician workforce only strengthens an institution and can better serve its patients.
