Val Pitaluga, MS, CCC-SLP, is a bilingual and bicultural speech-language pathologist whose personal experiences as an immigrant and English language learner have fueled her passion for working with, and advocating for, the Hispanic population and delivering best practice for bilingual children and their families.
In addition to being the SMART Group Speech Co-Coordinator and a STAR Group therapist, Val has also developed the Professional and Adulthood Readiness Training Program and a quarterly Support Group for Hispanic Parents of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
