Theresa Mihalic Mosher, MS, LGC, is a Licensed Genetic Counselor and Clinical Instructor of Pediatrics at The Ohio State University. She began working at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in July 2010 as a pediatric genetic counselor and continues to see patients in whom there is a suspected or known genetic condition. Theresa provides coordination of testing as well as education to families and patients in general genetics clinic, as well as in the Prader-Willi syndrome multidisciplinary clinic. She also works as a Research Study Coordinator in the Institute for Genomic Medicine, educating patients about and enrolling them in ongoing genomics research at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
Theresa's primary interest is in rare, undiagnosed genetic disease, and she also enjoys her role in educating students and other providers about genetics, genomics and rare diseases.
