Biography

Meghan Fisher serves as a Clinical Leader at The Center for Colorectal and Pelvic Reconstruction (CCPR) at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.  Meghan received her undergraduate degree in hospitality management from the University of Kentucky, and after working in the restaurant industry for several years, she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Capital University and worked as a nurse on the Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Genetics, and Rheumatology unit before joining the CCPR team in 2015.  Meghan has a special interest in teaching others about complex colorectal diagnoses and utilizes her expertise as a Clinical Leader at the CCPR to support educational resources for the CCPR patients and their families.  She is responsible for the onboarding process and educational development of new clinical and administrative team members to the CCPR. Meghan has educated domestically and internationally on colorectal diagnoses and is a member of the American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nursing.
