Erin L. S. Johnson, M.Ed., C.S.C.S. is a health and wellness professional with a background in exercise science, nutrition science and education. She has more than 20 years of experience in fitness management, coaching and education. She is the daughter of an educator, an athlete and a mom of two active boys, which has molded her professional life into one of passion for teaching; physical activity; food and nutrition; and health and social justice for all children. As the Fitness and Nutrition Education Coordinator, she is the author of an evidence-based, developmentally-appropriate curriculum which brings wellness programming to students throughout the city of Columbus. By providing expertise and support to educators, she aims improve the health and well-being of children and help children reach their full potential.
Erin is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Indiana University and a Master of Education in Sport & Exercise Education from The Ohio State University.
