Your Pregnancy, Week 9

Your unborn baby is now called a fetus. He or she is about an inch long or the length of a paperclip. But even with this small size, all his or her major organs and body systems are forming.

His or her arms and legs are visible now. His or her eyes, nose, ears, and mouth are also becoming more distinct. Your baby’s tooth buds are also forming. These will become your baby’s teeth. And although you probably won’t feel your unborn baby move until the second trimester, he or she is in constant motion.
