Your Pregnancy, Week 33

If you’ve felt warmer than usual lately, it’s not your imagination. The temperature of your skin may rise as your “bun in your oven” radiates body heat. This makes you feel warmer.  You may have noticed other things, too, like more hair growing on your arms, legs, and face. This is thanks to extra hormonal stimulation of your hair follicles. You may also have backaches and leg cramps. This is due to your increasing weight and size of your uterus. Watch your posture and try gentle leg stretches. And don't be concerned if you’ve noticed fluid leaking from your nipples. It's called colostrum. It will nourish your baby after birth until your breast milk becomes available.
