Your Pregnancy, Week 29

In your third trimester, you'll likely see your healthcare provider more often. Your schedule of prenatal visits will probably change. For now, you may have checkups once every two weeks. But when you reach 36 weeks, you may go in once a week. Keep in mind that your schedule will depend on your health, how your baby is growing and developing, and your healthcare provider’s preference.

Now is a good time to start taking childbirth classes. These classes can help prepare you for the big day, especially if this is your first pregnancy. Childbirth classes often cover labor, birth, and postpartum care. Taking classes on infant CPR and breastfeeding is a good idea, too.
