Your Pregnancy, Week 20
Congratulations, you're halfway through your pregnancy! This is a big milestone for you and your baby.
This is a time of feeling well, eating well, and planning for the rest of your pregnancy. By now, you’re likely really starting to show. Your healthcare provider may begin measuring your uterus. The length from your pubic bone to the top of your uterus (fundus) should just about equal your weeks of pregnancy. This is a good way to keep track of how your baby is growing, since the uterus grows along with the baby.
Your healthcare provider may also schedule you for an ultrasound, if you haven't had one yet. This test can check on your baby's growth and development. You may also be able to find out if you're having a boy or girl!
